Information and Cancellation policy

Our prices are per apartment and  day on a weekly basis and valid for Standard occupancy with without final cleaning and without local Tourist tax:

• tax: € 3,50 p. Person and day
• standard occupancy Zugspitze: 2 persons , Ahrnspitze 2 Persons and for all other Apartments: 4 persons   
• additional bed € 20,-/day
• Short Stay fee 10%

Prices for final cleaning: 
Zugspitze and  Ahrnspitze € 50,-
Reitherspitze / Hocheder /  Kalkkoegel € 60,-
Hohe Munde: € 65,-

Good to know

• Our prices are per apartment and day inlcuding bed linen and towels
• Cancellation Policy: 60 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rental cost, from the  29 th day prior to arrival 100% of the rental will be invoiced.
• 1 Car per Apartment parks free
• Minimum duration of stay: 7 nights. Short stay on request only.
• NON SMOKING: Please don'tt smoke in our apartments.
• The apartements are fully equipped.
• Infant beds and chairs are available free of charge.
• Check in: 15:00 - 18:00 | Check out: 09:30
• Payment and booking:
  We require a down payment of 30% of the rental fee at reservation.
