Information and Cancellation policy
Our prices are per apartment and day on a weekly basis and valid for Standard occupancy with without final cleaning and without local Tourist tax:
- tax: € 3,50 p. Person and day
- standard occupancy Zugspitze: 2 persons , Ahrnspitze 2 Persons and for all other Apartments: 4 persons
- additional bed € 20,-/day
- Short Stay fee 10%
Prices for final cleaning:
Zugspitze and Ahrnspitze € 50,-
Reitherspitze / Hocheder / Kalkkoegel € 60,-
Hohe Munde: € 65,-
Good to know
- Our prices are per apartment and day inlcuding bed linen and towels
- Cancellation Policy: for direct bookings up to 60 days before arrival no cancellation fee. From 60 to 30 days prior to arrival; 50% of the rental cost, from the 29 th day prior to arrival 100% of the rental cost will be invoiced.
- 1 Car per Apartment parks free,
- Minimum duration of stay: 7 nights. Short stay on request only.
- NON SMOKING: Please don'tt smoke in our apartments.
- The apartements are fully equipped.
- Infant beds and chairs are available free of charge.
- Check in: 15:00 - 18:00 | Check out: 09:30
- Payment and booking:
We require a down payment of 30% of the rental fee at reservation.
